A few days ago, I had a discussion with my friend Riki about blogging. Though she doesn’t maintain a blog of her own, she frequently leaves comments on my personal blog. As you probably know, when leaving comments on blogs, you can leave a link to your own blog. Because Riki doesn’t have a blog, she just leaves her name.
Well, that’s about to change. Now that Riki is a springpad user, she considers herself a blogger as well: “…did u see i cooked a recipe and then wrote a little blurb about it on my springpad? because i did, and that’s sort of like blogging, too.”
Just like in a traditional blog, springpad lets you display your favorite things and add your reviews; you can make lists and ask for advice; you can even discuss your new recipes!
From now on, when Riki leaves comments, she’s definitely going to link to her springpad, because hey, Riki is a blogger now!
