Making a weekly meal plan

Katin often talks about weekly meal planning, so I thought I’d give it a try.  Planning for a week’s worth of meals is a great way to save both time & money.   Plus, It’s about time that I give the springpad weekly meal planner a test run…

I usually scavenge for breakfast & eat leftovers for lunch, so I’m going to start with planning my week-night dinners:

Monday
Dutch Grilled Cheese Spring the recipe!

Tuesday
Easy and light turkey and rice Spring the recipe!

Wednesday
Eggplant and mozzarella melt Spring the recipe!

Thursday
Sweet potato and black bean burritos Spring the recipe!
Healthy guacamole Spring the recipe!

Friday
Pasta with grape tomatoes Spring the recipe!

And for a special treat
Peppermint Patty Brownies Spring the recipe!
