Hey, thanks for the link!

On your last #3 of your con list, if you are ever interested in jailbreaking your iphone, there is a fantastic application called Intelliscreen that puts stuff on your lock screen. So even though your phone is locked, you can see upcoming calendar events, new mail, new sms, weather, feeds, and even buttons to call someone. This is not a free application ($5-$40), and I haven't paid for it, so that's about all I know. One app for jailbroken phones that I do have and is free: Tap Dial - puts an icon on the phone that is basically a shortcut to a phone number. Tap the icon, and it dials the number. Very handy! I just barely jailbroke my phone and the possibilities it opened up are awesome.

I agree that my new 3G has simplified my life...kinda. I love having the internet on the go, but it also allows me to put off making plans til the last second (which is NOT simpler).

The one other feature I really appreciate is the Alarm Clock: (1) I can set-up & save different alarm times for different days of the week, (2) It's smart enough to sound the alarm in the morning even when I leave the iPhone on mute.
